I need to know a list of standard transactions that include the time zone. Also i need to know, how I could save the time zone in any place in the SAP ECC 6.0. Is there any procedure for that ?

Performance issue in PI System due to high HTTP/RFC Roll wait time
Hi All,
I am facing performance issue everyday in specific time. When I check it in St03, I could see HTTP and RFC are having high roll wait time.
This issue is being occurred in PI System where there is HR job being run everyday in ECC System and that is processed to Success Factor(client end) via PI runs.
Here the high response time is because of HTTP more(more roll wait time than RFC time), as the PI runs are more in that specific time, I believe we are not able to get required HTTP connections in that specific time!! I have thought here is, if we can increase the number of HTTP connections more than existing value then we can reduce the high roll wait time!!
I wonder if this way solves my issue?. Can anyone please advise on this and what needs to be better way in reducing roll wait for HTTP and RFC?

Trouble in migrating Webdynpro Java from 7.0 to 7.4

Hi All, We are migrating our WD code from version 7.0 to 7.4(NWDS 7.31). I am currently facing an issue at the Project Create stage (Step 3). I do not get a Migrate Project option when I Create Project. Instead it creates a deprecated project and then the options I have are Development Component --> Migrate to SC or Development Component ---> Convert into Development Component. I feel both these are not the right options. Furthermore, I am unable to edit any Add or Delete Dependencies to the DC either. Any pointers will be highly helpful. Thanks in advance, Tahzeeb

Domain Migration of Primary Application Server
Hello Experts,
We are into the below requirement--
We need to migrate the domain of our Primary Application server and aadditional application server.Now our system landscape is as follows--
Heterogeneous Landscape on High Availability.
SCS, ERS and DB Instance are in RHEL 6.5 clustered environment.Our database is DB2.
PAS and AAS are in Windows 2008 R2 environment.No cluster.
Now the domain of the SCS/ERS/DB Instance will remain the same.No change is required.The domain migration is required only for the Primary and Additonal application server.
Our network team confimred that during domain migration there will be change in IP address.Hostname will remain the same.
I have checked the note 1233320.But as we are not migating the domain of the entire system therefore I am not very much sure whether I need to go for system rename or not.
Please suggest what can be the best option to support the above .

problem with Zebra label Printer TLP 2844
Dear all,
our brasilian SAP users have a Zebra label printer TLP 2844.
In SAP I used the wizard for the device type selection so that device typ YBZ200 is used.
Our problem is that the print job is processed without problems in SAP and the windows spooler but nothing is printer out on the printer.
Do you have an idea what could be wrong with the printer as printing has worked before.
The labels are created with transaction SE71 and form RM07ETIKETT.
SAP support says that erverything is fine in our SAP system and that they are able to print from our SAP system to their Zebra printer with host spool access method G.
I asked our brasilian SAP users to test this way too and it failed too.
Any idea what' wrong with the printer ? Any idea what is misconfigured ?

Connection closed after (protocol) error (RC=1); Help!
Hello Experts,
There is user when he want to print from SAP he get the error ( base in Tcode SP01): Connection closed after (protocol) error (RC=1).
He can print fom Word, Excel without any Problem.
The other users can print from SAP without any Problem.
My SAP account can print w/out any problem in my computer or in any other computer except for this one which when I try
my SAP account also get the error.

Hi All,
I could see the below error in dev_icm trace,
WARNING => IcmReadFromConn(id=11/80005): temporarily out of MPI buffers -> roll out. If in this case, what need to be checked?
Below are the values that set in our PI System.
mpi/buffer_size=65536
mpi/total_size_MB=80
Could you please let me know what is action is required to avoid those errors and also please let me know, what would be the cause of these errors.

Use of Document Area/Document Space in KPro
Hi,
I hope this is the correct forum for my question. If not, suggestions are welcome.
We are using KPro to store documents for quality notifications.
While configuring content repositories (Tx OAC0) and content categories (Tx OACT) I found the field "Document Area" (sometimes referred to as "Document Space"). The documentation on that topic is not very helpful. Could anyone tell me, what's the use of a document area/space? Examples would be very helpful.

Order confirmation via fax did not work
Hello All,
In SID, the sending of an order confirmation did not work in an order.
Fax is send via output type ZBAF. Output ZBAF has been generated 3 times successful, but the customer never received the order confirmation.
No master data has been changed, the fax number is correct and answers a call.
How to check whether there is an issue with the fax server, which is used by SAP to send the faxes to our customers?
Please help me here.

Auto Transport of Request from development to Quality
Dear All,
Our customer has come up with the requirement that, the request which are released from development system will be automatically imported in all clients of Quality ( Auto transport )
Our landscape is three tier with ECC 6.0 EHP 7.
Also trans directory is shared across all the systems.
I tried it to schedule it with " TMS_BCI_START_SERVICE" program, but it imports all the request in queue, which is not required.
Kindly suggest how can we implement this.

It is great to see that NetWeaver 7.5 supports Java 8. This is good progress.
But what version of JEE is supported in NetWeaver 7.5?
I have been doing some serious googling but was not able to find a good answer.
Are we still on JEE5, or is JEE7 supported?

SM21 BTC WP stopping again and again
Hi All,
I have noticed that in all our NW 7.4 systems (different modules, different patch levels), whether they were installed as 7.4, or upgrade to 7.4, we see BTC workprocess stopping. It doesn't really seem to affect anything, as they start right backup and are not being used at the time....The trace files show the WP has reached the abap/heaplimit (set to recommendation)..... Has something changed in 7.4 with how the BTC Workprocesses are handled? Again, no affect, just see these messages over and over again.

Move Database instance from one host to other host
Dear All,
We have a central system where CI and database instance are on a single system. Now we need to move the database instance to a different host.
Is the process like we need to export / import (System copy) or is there any other way to perform the process?
The database is Oracle 10.2.0.2
And the OS is AIX.

Is possible to sign PDF from an approved and archived PO?
Hi experts.
A client brought us a challenge.
The client need to sign digitally an approved PO (ME29) that was Archived through Archivelink and can be displayed in "Attachment list" in ME23N.
The EMC Documentum is the client's document management system and repository and the integration with SAP side is made by ArchiveForSAP by EMC.
In a brief understanding the complete process is:
- A PO is created
- The PO is approved
- Using 'Messages' button in ME23N and choosing the option "Print and Archive" the system generates a PDF from actual PO version
- Under "Attachment List" is possible to select and display this PDF
We have no issue until this point. All configurations were made and we can see and display the PDF stored in Documentum side.
Now the client's needs:
- Under "Attachment List" open the PDF in Edit Mode
- In the next screen the PDF is opened with Adobe Reader
- user clicks in "Fill & Sign" button from Adobe Reader
- Then user can put they Signature
- When click in "Save" button the signed PDF should replace the original one.
This does not occurs.
It's possible only saving the PDF in our desktop and upload it after that.
Well, after all this explanation, I would ask for a advice to how to do this.
I found on internet some people with a similar situation but I cannot find any solution, even a developed one or a third party software.
To me it does not make sense once archivelink purpose aims to store files only and not do store and edit it.
