Send Querry Sheduled to Email Fine Tuning Question

Hi Sap heroes,

I was able to create a sheduled querry report and send it automatic to an Email in PDF format.

But the result is not so smooth like i would like to have.

The subject is : Job SALES_REPORT_TEST, Step 1

Job : Can i remove that word in the subject ?

SALES_REPORT_TEST : That's fine enough to see for me.

Step 1 :  is it possible to remove that word to or to change that ?

Also i would like to add some text in to the email like :

blablablablablabla....

is this possible to add standard text into that email?

Transaction that i used so far :

SO23 : to create my distribution list

SQ01 : to find the report name

SM36 : To create the sheduled job

SCOT : To change the output format for ABAP list programs for emailing.
