Need to add addition Hard Disk in production system

Hi All,

Our Production system hard drive is going to be full and  we need to add additional hard drive for further use.

We are using Windows server 2008 and DB is DB2 9.7 with fix pack 5.

Could you  please suggest us  what are activity we need to perform so that all the Data and log file will be on consistence state and DB will write the next data in new hard drive.
