Issue in Making External Domain

Dear All,

we are trying to configure External Domain between DEV and QAS while the external server is TST.

We have created a folder and shared on network, folder is accessible on DEV and QAS server.

while we are getting below issue during mounting.

C:\Users\QASADM>mount -u:user -p:pass \\172.20.0.X\trans_ext k:

Network Error - 53

 

Type 'NET HELPMSG 53' for more information.

 

C:\>NET HELPMSG 53

  The network path was not found.

please guide me how can I resolve this issue?
