DBCLONE error in SUM (Software Update Manager)

Hello,

i receive the following error in Preprocessing Step in SUM:

2 ETQ399 'SUBST_CHECK_BATCHJOB' for JOBNAME='DBCLONE3' JOBCOUNT='21160300' returns 'R'.

4 ETQ264 Batchjob "DBCLONE3" still running

2 ETQ399 2012/09/19 21:29:45: sleeping 30 seconds

The problem is that the step is hung up and constantly repeats itself.

I attach the DBCLONE.LOG.

Any suggestions ?
