SOLMAN_SETUP not working

Hello,

I m running a newly installed MSCS Solution Manager 7.1

All the post processing activities have been done including ICF services activation (SICF),

I am able to get to the login screen after executing the transaction  (Solman_Setup)

but after entering the login credentials and login  i m receiving " HTTP 500 error (The website cannot display a web page)"

I already set the FQDN (icm/host_full_name) profile instance and adjusted the ETC/Host file.

Please help me out in this.
