High CPU Consumption 100 %

Dear Team,

We have load balanced PI system to which we have connected a Web

Dispatcher. I am using standard http and https (80 and 443) ports for the web dispatcher running on Linux. I

have also done binding of these ports. When i start the web dispatcher,

the CPU usage on my PI server goes to 100%. This is fresh system and apparently there is no load. On the PI server the dispatcher process utilizes all the CPU.

When i stop the web dispatcher, the CPU usage gradually goes down and comes to 0%

I have also increased the dispatcher heap size. But still the issue is same.
